Kaza, Kütahya-Eskişehir kara yolu otogar kavşağında meydana geldi. A.D. yönetimindeki 43 S 0162 plakalı servis otobüsü, önünde giden İ.K. idaresindeki 34 HU 1655 plakalı akaryakıt tankerine çarptı.

Kazada sürücü ile birlikte otobüste bulunan 35 kişi yaralandı. İhbarla gelen sağlık ekipleri, yaralıları Kütahya Şehir Hastanesi ve Kütahya Evliya Çelebi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne götürdü.

Yaralıların durumlarının iyi olduğu öğrenilirken, kaza ile ilgili soruşturma başlatıldı.
